Why Embroidery? Embroidery is fast becoming the industry standard for dress down corporate apparel as well as an upscale addition to employee uniforms, sport team uniforms, and retail lines. Embroidery offers endless possibilities for creative texures, dimensions, colors, and designs, allowing casual clothing to be integrated with your company identity.

The Embroidery Process: Embroidery is the sewing of a logo or other design into the textile of your choice. Popular products include baseball caps, uniforms, denim shirts, golf shirts, sport bags, jackets, and all styles of tee-shirts.

Apparel Selection: This is a simple process of matching a garment style and color to fit your design, needs, and budget. Thread colors should be chosen as well, to match the garment color and the design. We are available to assist you in determining which colors and garments best fit your needs.

The Design: We have a large selection of generic "stock" designs available. However, your custom logos or artwork can also be reproduced. The process of reproducing your images is called digitizing. Digitizing is the process of transferring a design into a language understandable to the embroidery machine. Digitizing will instruct our embroidery machine as to where to place each stitch in your design. We have only the most professional and highly trained digitizers working on your image to ensure the highest quality.

Embroidering: Once the design has been digitized and approved, the disk is loaded into the embroidery machine's computer. The garment is then hooped, placed on the machine, and embroidered. Each garment is inspected thoroughly before being steamed, folded, boxed, and shipped.

Artwork: Once we receive your design, the artwork is separated by color, and placed onto film positives. Each film positive is then transferred onto one screen.

Screen Preparation: A screen is made from a polyester fabric stretched over a wood or aluminum frame. The fabric is coated with a light-sensitive emulsion, then exposed to light with the film positive to reproduce the image on the screen. The screen is then checked by the Screen Technician and sent to production.

Apparel Selection: This is a simple process of matching a garment style and color to fit your design and budget. We are available to assist you in determining the best garment for your design.

On The Press: Each individual screen is registered to combine into one final print. After color and quality are approved, the garment is then loaded and printed. The press operator inspects the quality and sends the garment through a dryer. The garment goes through a final inspection before being folded and boxed.
