What is the cost of machine set up ?
There is a nominal fee that applies with or without an imprint. There is not a screen charge for setting up any artwork. There is however a charge for the labor it takes to calibrate the equipment or machinery being used.
What is an acceptable format for my logo?
Acceptable Sizes, Platforms, and Formats (if you are uploading your own logo) We can accept files that are 2 megabytes or less in size (preferably less than 1 megabyte). Following is a list of acceptable programs: QuarkXPress (3.3+), Adobe Illustrator (up to 8.0), Adobe PhotoShop (up to 5.0), Adobe Acrobat (up to 4.0).

Can I fax you my logo ?
No. Faxes don't produce a clean enough image to reproduce on your imprint. We require camera-ready artwork. We need your best artwork so we can do our best artwork. |
